A new rendering has been revealed for 160-14 Hillside Avenue, a seven-story residential building in Jamaica, Queens. Designed by ARC Architecture + Design Studio and developed by A&R Properties Group, the structure will span 40,000 square feet and yield 44 units and 3,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
The property is located at the corner of Hillside Avenue and 161st Street, near the MTA’s Parsons Boulevard subway station.
The latest rendering shows the façade composed of a warm mix of earth-toned masonry and gold-hued paneling, a diversion from the past iteration, which featured a monochrome exterior.
Amenity spaces will include a roof-level terrace with pergola shading and a fitness center.
More will be announced as the project moves forward.
