BUSTED: BY BODY CAM; NYPD Cops Do Nothing After Gunshots Heard In Brooklyn Apartment - Body Camera Footage Shows

DAILY NEWS: Officers Waqar Zafar and Sergio Garcia-Castillo were inside the Bushwick Houses in East Williamsburg about 9 p.m. Sunday responding to a call for help when they were met by a man at the apartment door.

“Is it all right if we go into the apartment?” one of the officers asked a moment before the loud shots can be heard, the video shows.

“What was that?” one of the cops asked as the frightened man at the door looked behind him. “Can we go in?”

“I don’t want to say yeah, I don’t want to say no,” the man mumbled moments before the cops moved on, shutting off their cameras.

Zafar and Garcia-Castillo were stripped of their guns and shields on Tuesday for failing to properly investigate and take police action at the scene of a shooting....
