SUPER TALL SKYSCRAPER: Central Park Tower Finishes Construction As NYC's Tallest Residential Building - By Brian Harrod

MANHATTAN: Central Park Tower will host a hotel and a Nordstrom department store at the level of the street, as well as luxury apartments above.

The address is  217 West 57th Street and the 98-story tower is the tallest residential building in the world and the tallest structure in New York by roof height.

The residences are priced at $6.5 million and up, ranging from one to four bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows.

The building’s developer, Extell Development Company, predicts this is the comeback of the super luxe condo, with a $4 billion sellout that will makee it the country’s most expensive condo tower.
