This weekend's bone-chilling cold could feel like a distant memory by the time a powerful coastal storm rains down on the tri-state Monday morning.
Storm Team 4 is tracking a storm that could bring major snow and coastal flooding to parts of the tri-state late Sunday into Monday.
But not everyone will see snow, and those that do could see it change to rain before too long.
Heavy rainfall, aided by strong wind gusts up to 60 mph for some, may create dangerous travel conditions throughout the morning. Coastal flooding is expected to be one of the biggest threats with flood waters rising an estimated 2 to 3 feet....
