NYPD: Tenn Says A Man Masturbated In Front Her On A Manhattan Subway Platform

UPPER WEST SIDE: A teen said an unknown man walked toward her at the 86th Street subway station, exposed himself and proceeded to masturbate in front of her.

The NYPD is still looking for the suspect.
