QUEENS: Affordable Housing Lottery Launches For 25-28 30th Drive

ASTORIA (QUEENS) NYC: The affordable housing lottery has launched for 25-28 30th Drive, a six-story residential building with 10 residential units.

Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $63,429 to $187,330. 

Amenities include parking, a gym, bike storage racks, a shared laundry room, package lockers, storage room, and a landscaped rooftop deck. Units come with name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes, energy-efficient appliances, air conditioning, and smart controls for heating and cooling. 

At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one studio with a monthly rent of $1,850 for incomes ranging from $63,429 to $138,840; three studios with a monthly rent of $1,950 for incomes ranging from $66,858 to $138,840, one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,895 for incomes ranging from $99,258 to $187,330; and one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,995 for incomes ranging from $102,686 to $187,330.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 7, 2022.
