GRANT CITY (STATEN ISLAND) NYC:  A Staten Island fixture famed for its crisp crust pies and generous globs of mozzarella cheese is officially up for sale. 

A detailed real estate listing reads says, "the establishment’s property as a great corner lot with plenty of off-street parking." 

The family-owned and -operated, turnkey business was established in 1942 and is located on one of Staten Island’s busiest thoroughfares.

Nunzio’s, which has been a fixture at the corner of Hylan Boulevard and Midland Avenue for many years, was originally established by Nunzio Trivoluzzo in South Beach in 1942.

Nunzio moved the business in 1960 to its current location right before selling it to Jimmy Coppolla, who owned and operated the pizzeria for years.

According to the listing, the sale includes the building and all trade fixtures.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with two six-pie ovens, and an interior dining room offers a 60-person capacity.
